E-mail is the most popular electronic device  for people arround the world.

In my case I use iphone or ipad as a tool in my work, and they are be versatile and  efficient.

E-mail is very usefull, becouse people arround the world can interact and comunicate

through the network with rapid conection.

E-mail is cheap, instantaneous and agile. The service is exellent for the price.

E-mail have some disanvantages, not everybody can pay the fees and use the web . Not all

the information has full credibily and its operation is not safe. Very difficult to be anonymus.

Also has piracy and if there is not connection, the information is not available.

Other matters are the spam e-mails and the viruses.

In my opinion, internet should be free for everybody arround the world , becouse it helps

to interact, teach, develop ideas, and help to understand among each other.

THE PROS AND CONS OF INSTANT MESSAGING.

Introduction

Instant messaging is the medium most used for the people in this moment; you can communicate with the other people all the time, is easy to use and you can have this in the phones, computers, TV, iPods, pads and other electronic devices.

Advantages

Instant messaging is easier to communicate with other people than text messaging, e-mail and regular mail.

When you use instant messaging you can receive an immediate answer.

You can speak all day with the people in anytime, anywhere, etc.

Almost people have a good cell phone in this moment so that they can have a software of instant messaging and communicate with other people all time.

Disadvantages

Instant messaging makes people addicted to be attached to cell.

In the places where no signal you can’t use instant messaging.

Conclusions

Instant messaging is the better way to communicate with other people because you can chat with the people all the time, is easy to use, is very useful to cut distances between countries and is faster to communicate than e-mail, text messages, etc.

THE PROS AND CONS OF E-MAIL

The e-mail is very convenient an effective in finding the right person in a organization or company to answer your question and information.

The advantages of e-mail are:

It’s fast: messages can be sent anywhere around the world in an instants.

It`s cheap, simple easy to use.

It`s efficient sending to a group.

It’s versatile, different files can be sent.

However e-mail is less security because sensitive information can be easily distributed and is impersonal.

In my opinion e.mail is very common and useful but the companys should make rules for use and security.

Since ten years ago, the e-mail has become a very important way for communication between people.  It replaced the traditional way for mailing in the world.
E-mail is very easy to use, only you must have an account on line, that it’s free.  E-mail is very useful at work because you can exchange messages and files quickly with everybody.  It’s very personal, with your own password only you can see your own messages.  E-mail is cheaper than regular mail, that is why the companies have been encouraging this way because e-mail economizes paper and time.
E-mail allow to organize files in different folders and you can obtain a history of all your documents, one of the most interest things that e mail provides is the storage capacity because you can use it to save a hudge information instead using usb devices and your information is on time.
However, e-mail depends on internet connection and sometimes you can have problems sending the messages or this can be slowly at sending.  Also on internet you can find virus like “spam” that can damage files and harm you computer.
Another disadvantage of email uses are  the maintenance of your information it depends of each person and the email provider, if you don´t have enough  free space you have to delete messages one by one and it is a boring task to do.
In my opinion e-mail is very important tool necessary for my work and it allow me to communicate with all the world.

              

  CELL PHONES

Nowadays, cell phones have created a technologic revolution, it has changed the Word, it put millions of people in contact with other people, it is amazing how cell phones expand around the word.

However, cell phones could be a controversial topic whit his use, because it has positive and negative aspects. In one had cell phone has made possible a hug level of connective in the word, on the other hand, it has created an incredible level of communication, depending on the phone we can download anything, you can including  a number of programs such as games, music, some articles, English courses, etc.

On the other hand, it could be dangerous because someone could defraud you, in sometimes is very uncomfortable for a meeting, class room etc. people do not put attention to be chatting, people don’t always used it well.

ADVANTAGES

1.     Don’t look for a phone to communicate

2.      You can send messages to some people, even in other countries

3.      You can put it on vibrate if you're at the movies or some event where you do not want to disturb others, and still know who called you

4.      Do not have to be in your house for you to locate

5.      If you have a new model, you can take photos

6.      You can download music and use it as a portable radio

7.      You have more possibilities of being at home business

8.      You can do your shopping while you ask your wife or mom you buy, or what ingredients takes this or that recipe

9.      You can call while driving

10.   You can tell people where to go, in case you want to inform you how long you take to reach them

DISADVANTAGES

I think the cell phone is not bad tool, the question is the way how we use it, we must have more responsibility with the use of this

However, instant messaging is also annoying when people use it at a party, a meeting etc. Also is dangerous when people use it while driving.

I think that instant messaging is a great tool, but people should be more polite when they use it in public.

In my opinion use instant messaging is good; cheaper and fun, you can use instant messaging from your cell phone or you computer,the instant messaging is more useful the young people.

We can send an email to a person no matter where he or she is. we can access our email from anywhere in the world. Although the emails are a communication tool, you can't send physical objects. The other person requires a minimum knowledge of internet and Internet access to read email, but you have to be careful with your emails because they can provide an easy way to spread viruses to other computers.

I think that emails can help some people to communicate with friends, family and others around the world. It also helps to shorten distances in communications and it's a lot more cheaper than making a normal phone call and faster than writing a letter.

The pros and cons of E-mail

Now a days the e-mail is very useful, especially for working people. Most people working in an office have e-mail and the most young people have their personal e-mail for communicating with family and friends in all the world.

The e-mail is cheaper than regular mail because you don't have to pay for sending your messages, and this kind of personal e-mail account is free. On the other hand, you don't need to walk for sending your letters or information.
However, you don't receive an inmediate answer, you could have problems with the communication netword and the e-mail generally could have attached viruses.

In my opinion, e-mail is very useful but it isn't appropriate when you need to get a quick answer.
