Since ten years ago, the e-mail has become a very important way for communication between people. It replaced the traditional way for mailing in the world.
E-mail is very easy to use, only you must have an account on line, that it’s free. E-mail is very useful at work because you can exchange messages and files quickly with everybody. It’s very personal, with your own password only you can see your own messages. E-mail is cheaper than regular mail, that is why the companies have been encouraging this way because e-mail economizes paper and time.
E-mail allow to organize files in different folders and you can obtain a history of all your documents, one of the most interest things that e mail provides is the storage capacity because you can use it to save a hudge information instead using usb devices and your information is on time.
However, e-mail depends on internet connection and sometimes you can have problems sending the messages or this can be slowly at sending. Also on internet you can find virus like “spam” that can damage files and harm you computer.
Another disadvantage of email uses are the maintenance of your information it depends of each person and the email provider, if you don´t have enough free space you have to delete messages one by one and it is a boring task to do.
In my opinion e-mail is very important tool necessary for my work and it allow me to communicate with all the world.
