Instant messaging is the medium most used for the people in this moment; you can communicate with the other people all the time, is easy to use and you can have this in the phones, computers, TV, iPods, pads and other electronic devices.

Advantages

Instant messaging is easier to communicate with other people than text messaging, e-mail and regular mail.

When you use instant messaging you can receive an immediate answer.

You can speak all day with the people in anytime, anywhere, etc.

Almost people have a good cell phone in this moment so that they can have a software of instant messaging and communicate with other people all time.

Disadvantages

Instant messaging makes people addicted to be attached to cell.

In the places where no signal you can’t use instant messaging.

Conclusions

Instant messaging is the better way to communicate with other people because you can chat with the people all the time, is easy to use, is very useful to cut distances between countries and is faster to communicate than e-mail, text messages, etc.
